Issue/Introduction

Description:

If SingleSignOn is having an issue and you want more diagnostic information.

Solution:

To enable the SSO troubleshooting page:

NOTE: First make a backup of the web.config file.

  • Open the file D:\NetQoS\SingleSignOn\web.config
  • Change the following line
    <add key="Troubleshoot" value="False"/>

    to

    <add key="Troubleshoot" value="True"/>
  • Save the web.config file and then go to the SSO page, the troubleshooting information will appear at the bottom of the page
