Issue/Introduction

Description:

This document explains what status knowledge documents are returned when the filter option "Not Started" is checked under 'Search for documents in these statuses' in the <Advanced Search> for knowledge documents.

Solution:

When the option "Not Started" is selected, published knowledge documents that have not yet reached the date/time specified in the "Start Date" on the [Attributes] tab are returned.
