Update Catalog Release or Get Latest Maintenance fails with:
Error encountered while accessing the following URL: https://supportservices.ca.com/support/licproducts/MSMNGR00200/releases?site=nnnnnn
where nnnnnn is your site ID.
Please verify that the CSO userid (your email address) assigned in CA CSM under Settings, System Settings, Software Acquisition is correct. Perhaps your userid and/or password on support.ca.com was changed and CSM was not updated with this change. If that failure still occurs after verifying that the CSO userid and password are correct then open an issue with CSM support.
