What are the steps to recover from this situation?

Solution:

Steps to recover:

  1. Start a new Install of CCS390 R14.1 Base via the Wizard but do not proceed with the install.

  2. Use the unpaxed RELFILEs from this install and rename them to the to the SMPTLIB Variable defined to the other SMPCSI's environment.

  3. You will then be able to complete a batch ACCEPT in your original SMPE environment.
