Harweb Login Error: Can't find bundle for base name

Issue/Introduction

Harweb has been installed on a 64-bit Linux machine.

When attempting to login using Harweb the following message is generated:

"Can't find bundle for base name com.ca.cmsdk.internal.message.HarvestMsg, locale en_U".

Environment

Harvest 14.5 and higher

Cause

Incompatible versions of Tomcat and JAVA can cause this error.

Resolution

The bit level of Harvest MUST match the bit level of JAVA.

Currently supported versions of Harvest are 64-bit so ensure you are utilizing 64 bit versions of JAVA and Tomcat.

Additionally, confirm that the environment has a supported version of JAVA and Tomcat
