Custom Object lookups are changed to system restricted lookups after upgrading

In 14.2 prior to upgrading to 14.3

Create a custom object; this in turn creates a custom lookup. 

After upgrading to 14.3 log into PPM. 

From Admin tool go to lookups .

Navigate to custom lookup that needs to be modified.


Expected Result: You can modify the lookup

Actual Result: There is no way to modify the lookup as it is noted to be system restricted.


Defect: CLRT-79999

The system should not change the lookup to restricted.

Create a new Custom lookup.
