Cause

The RPL6RC = X'00580000's are indicative of a VTAM limitation due to a session limit (DSESLIM) value of less than 3.

Resolution

Please ensure the clients for the VTAM OPSMVS APPL definition has a session limit of DSESLIM=3 defined as noted in the CA OPS/MVS Configure the Multi-System Facility for the MSF component:
