Client receives repetitive OPS3541H errors and MSF connection(s) drop:
OPS3541H APPC ALLOCATE FUNCTION FAILED FOR DEVJ - RPL6RC = X'00580000' RPLFDBK = X'000B00', SENSE = X'00000000'

Cause

The RPL6RC = X'00580000's are indicative of a VTAM limitation due to a session limit (DSESLIM) value of less than 3.
