What is the connection--from a product management standpoint--between NetMaster and SOLVE terms 'Management Services' and 'Delivery Level'?

Issue/Introduction

In NetMaster and SOLVE product families, the infrastructure terms "Management Services" and "Delivery Level"

appear to be used interchangeably.  We clarify such essential point.
