Issue/Introduction

When applying maintenance to the TSSMNGR4 module, the following error occurs:

 

 GIM65901E - MODULE TSSKTPRC IS NEEDED TO BUILD THE FOLLOWING LOAD MODULES FOR       
 SYSMOD ROnnnnn BUT CAN NOT BE USED.
 ITS DISTRIBUTION ZONE UMID IS DIFFERENT FROM THE TARGET ZONE UMID.
 - LOAD MODULE TSSMNGR4.
 APPLY CHECK PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD ROnnnnn.
 APPLY PROCESSING IS COMPLETE. THE HIGHEST RETURN CODE WAS 08.

Resolution

There are 2 options:

1. Accept the CRYPTKY APAR. This is the zap to apply the encryption key to the Top Secret load library.
   
   
2. Restore the CRYPTKY APAR, apply LUnnnnn, then reapply the CRYPTKY APAR. If this option is chosen, this will need to be done each time an apar that hits module TSSMNGR4 is applied. Some sites are not allowed to accept usermods or apars (only PTFs), so they choose this option.
