Approver has approved a Privileged Account request, but when the approver goes to Home -> My Accounts -> Manage Privileged Account Requests shows "No requests were found"
Logging in as SuperAdmin and going to Home -> My Accounts -> Manage Privileged Account Requests shows the request.
1) Users and Groups -> Roles -> Privileged Access Roles -> Modify Role, search for and select "SAM Target System Manager"
2) Go to the Members tab
3) Edit Member rule so it is:
where ( Admin roles = "SAM Target System Manager" )
4) Edit the Scope Rules, so they are:

Privileged Account Request
(all)

(all)

The approver should now see requests in "Manage Privileged Account Requests".
Note: Requests may take a minute or so to appear in "Manage Privileged Account Requests" after they are approved.
