How to Add/Install web console functionality to existing ITCM domain manager?

Resolution

Please follow the below steps for installing WAC.

1. Install IIS first on Domain manager (Check IIS is installed on existing Operating System).
   
   
2. Launch Setup.exe from ITCM DVD/ISO
   
   

   

3. Click on the language you want to install.
   
   

   

4. Click Install ITCM
   
   

   

5. Since you are running setup on already installed ITCM domain manager, you will get Modify option in next window.
   
   

   

6. Select Modify and click next .
   
   
7. Select product functionality window display the already installed functionality.
   
   

   

8. Click next
   
   
9. Select features windows display the installed features.
   
   Choose Web Console, Web Services.
   
   

   

10. Click next and verify the ITCM installation directory ( it will automatically pick).
    
    
11. Click next to complete the web console installation.
    
    
12. Open Internet Explorer and run http://Localhost/wac to open the web console. Use local administrator user id and password to login.
