Issue/Introduction

Error IPSD0003 can also occur on the NetMaster region when a packet trace is run outside of NetMaster and then      it is
stopped. This would cause the NetMaster packet trace intercept to also stop--if the command to stop it    was not specific.

Environment

OS: z/OS.

Cause

Resolution

We list the command to restart the packet trace intercept for the NetMaster region. The following command    should be
executed on NetMaster CMD option to restart the packet trace intercept for the region:

SYSCMD VARY TCPIP,TCPIP,PKTTRACE,ON,LINKNAME=*,PROT=254

Note: The VARY command assumes that the TCP/IP proc name is TCPIP. Please see z/OS manual IP System Admin-
istrator's Commands for command details.
