Next button is grayed out on Gantt print page

Issue/Introduction

• In Clarity PPM, the Next button on the Gantt Print page is grayed out/disabled.
• How can I activate it?

Environment

Release: All Supported Releases
Component: CA Clarity Project Management

Cause

The Next button works as a Next page function, so the Next button will only be enabled when there are more then 300 tasks in the expanded view on the Gantt.

Resolution

1. Ensure there are more than 300 tasks in the expanded view on the Gantt 
2. Make sure that Background Colors and Images in checked under the Browser's print options.

• Notes: There is no Back button after you click Next. This was reviewed as CLRT-75470 and determined it would not be fixed.
• To print from the Gantt:

1. 1. In the Gantt chart, click the print icon.
      
      
   2. Right click and click Print.
      
      1. In Firefox you may need to go to the browser menu and print from there.
