We have CA Top Secret r15 installed and already have CA LDAP installed.

How do you install CA Web Administrator and where can I download the software?

Resolution

CA Web Administrator is part of the CA Top Secret download package on support.ca.com.

So you will have to download the CA Top Secret for zOS 15.0 package from support.ca.com. The related documentation is also included.
