Some user have noticed performance issues in CA Data Protection 15.x. Specifically the importer processing rates have been reduced from an average 8 messages\sec on CA DataMinder 14.6 to 1 message/sec on CA DataMinder 15.x and the Outlook Client can be slow or hang.
A timing issue was identified in the CA Data Protection 15.x textor (WGNtext.dll) which prevents messages from being processed properly.
FIX:RO98109 has been released to address this issue in Data Protection 15.2 and FIX:RO98105 has been released to address this issue in Data Protection 15.1. After the fix has been deployed system performance executes as expected.
FIX:RO98109 (incorporating Client_15.2_HF095, Client_x64_15.2_HF096, Server_15.2_HF002 and Server_x64_15.2_HF003) and FIX:RO98105 (incorporating Server_15.1_HF005, Server_x64_15.1_HF006, Client_15.1_HF007 and Client_x64_15.1_HF008.msp) are available to download from the CA Support Portal (http://support.ca.com)
