Not able to start CA APM Introscope Enterprise Manager manually.
Same issue shows up using Shell Script to start Introscope Enterprise Manager.
No error is captured in the logs but the EM.log shows following entries during the time of the starting progress.
WARNING: Timeout occurred before finding service dependencies for [OsgiBundleXmlApplicationContext(bundle=com.wily.apm.em.monitor.entity.dependency, config=osgibundle:/META-INF/spring/*.xml)]
This issue is due to corrupted Persistent Database which is being used to store Transaction Traces.
This is a known limitation that if Persistent storage is corrupted, Introscope Enterprise Manager cannot recover from it.
The workaround is delete the <EM_Home>/traces directory and restart the EM.
