When my account was created the person who set my username up as an email address that I no longer use. Can this be changed?
A user without Subscription Administrator access can change his/her email address via their Rally Profile.
However, only the Rally Subscription Administrator can make a change to the username on the account.
Please Note: If the user is an SSO user, a support case must be opened to make the same changes to their Okta record. Otherwise the user will not be able to authenticate through Okta.
