After applying CA Recommended Services (CA RS) 1606 - RO89932, SECURITY changed from NONE to EXTERNAL. Need SECURITY changed back to NONE

Issue/Introduction

Issue: 

After applying CA Recommended Services (CA RS) 1606 which contained RO89932, the SECURITY access changed from NONE to EXTERNAL.  

If SECURITY: EXTERNAL is active, will be unable to access members in the Librarian Master without extensive changes to the security environment.

How do we change SECURITY changed back to NONE?

Resolution: 

You need to apply CA RS 1607 which includes RO90198 (RO90198 supersedes RO89932) and then you will need to apply the Bypass External Security Special RS90537.

You will need to contact CA Support to receive a copy of the Special RS90537.
