Issue/Introduction

When starting the Compliance Event Manager (CEM) Alert component the following error is received:
CEM0266E CMGR Policy MAPINIT Failed, RC = 00000028 

Resolution

The RC 28 indicates Policy format invalid.

Check the Compliance Event Manager ALERT started task's MAPDB DD and
ensure that it is pointing to/specifying the correct Policy Set Database.
