Can the entries be rearranged in the Page Index Selection List in the View Online?

Resolution

View has always functioned to show, below "ALL PAGES", index values in alphabetical order (numeric order for only numerics), and, it is not possible to rearrange the order in which the values occur. 

Selecting a value in the list will show all of the pages that contain that value. In the list, there is only the one appearance of that value, for the multiple pages, no matter where they are. 

Having the list contain values in the order in which they appear, which would mean a mention of that value every time that value was matched, would make the list longer and perhaps cumbersome to navigate.
