Gen 8.6 installs files into "C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SharedComponents"

Issue/Introduction

When an installation directory is specified for Gen 8.6 install, Gen products are installed in the specified directory, but other components CA_LIC and JRE are still installed into separate directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SharedComponents". Is there any way to override this behavior?

Environment

Gen 8.6 for Windows installer.

Resolution

It is not possible to override the install directory for the CA_LIC and JRE components.
It is also recommended not to move those directories at install time because Windows registry values and Environment Variables referencing them are created.
