CAWK2700E IMS status code of 'GE' while performing INSERT

Issue/Introduction

We're trying to load a masked IMS extract files to an IMS database, but are getting errors: 

Error: RELOAD processing terminated in response to an unexpected 
IMS status code of 'GE' that occurred while performing 
insert in response to Extract Record. 

Access Method: HDAM OSAM

Resolution

When masking key data, also mask the appropriate part in the concatenated key of the segment and all its dependents.

Additional Information

Masking key data also impacts the concatenated key, not only of the current segment, but also all its dependents. The description of the concatenated key is part of the layouts that File Master Plus for IMS generates with the EXTLAYOUT command.
