Issue/Introduction

HTTP Status 500 - description The server encountered an internal error ()
when starting the CEM (Compliance Event Manager) UI from a browser.

Resolution

All the Compliance Manger started task acids/logonid, (Top Secret/ACF2), need a HOME keyword in
the OMVS segment for the acid/logonid which points to the Compliance Event Manger USS installation directory.

Top Secret Example: 
TSS ADD(startedtaskacid) OMVSPGM('/bin/sh') HOME('/CEM') 

ACF2 Example: 
ACF
INSERT startedtaskacid NAME(CEME STC ID) MUSASS MUSUPDT NO-SMC STC AUDIT -
OMVSPGM(/bin/sh) HOME(/CEM)

In the above examples 'CEM' is the install directory for Compliance Manager.
