Issue/Introduction

SQL Counts are all zero on the Sysview for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) Package / DBRM(R/HTPKGSQL) History SQL Detail screen.
BTACTSML generates a report on the SMF data set, and although it shows SQL counts and Bufferpool (BP) activity  at the plan level,
it shows all zeros at the package level.                                                                                                                                                               

 

 

     

                             

                                                                                                                                  

Resolution

Accounting trace class 10 needs to be started in order for SMF data to reflect SQL stats for package accounting information.   
The Insight parameter ACCTTRACE  must be set to 10 in order for the IDB2 Data Collector to collect and display package
accounting SQL statistics and to populate the fields of BTACTSML
