Issue/Introduction

What kind of license is required for OM Web Viewer for Windows 12.1?  We are seeing this error message:

CAS9180E - CPU 017C17 Requires a LMP key to run Prod (4Q)

Environment

• Output Management Distributed Repository Access System (DRAS)
• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• Common Components and Services for z/OS
• Resource Initialization Manager (CAIRIM)

Resolution

Web Viewer 12.1 is considered a mainframe product although it also runs on distributed platforms. The license requirement is the same for all platforms of Web Viewer 12.1.  A 4Q LMP key is required.  It is installed on the LPAR where the designated DRAS is running.
