Resolution
When the SECCACHE feature is used, SWAP(NO) must also be set.
The combination of using SECCACHE with SWAP(YES) set could result in S0D5 abends in module TSSDSSRV.
Change the Top Secret control option from SWAP(YES) to SWAP(NO) to prevent this issue.
