ARC0050A DFSMSHSM IS NOT ACTIVE - START DFSMSHSM
ARC0052A JOB HS00029V WAITING ON DFSMSHSM

 

Environment

Release: 14.0

Resolution

  'S DMSAR,DMSAR=REFRESH' will refresh all the hooks for Disk. Once this REFRESH is performed and the hooks are validated Disk should be able to restore and the related ARC* messages will go away.

It will allow Disk to start processing.

 

Additional Information

 

It will be necessary to either IPL or to issue a 'S DMSAR,DMSAR=REFRESH'
command to refresh the CA Disk hooks after installation of this fix.
