Critical and historical event data can be captured using the SYSVIEW® Performance Management Event Capture option. This option displays the requested information that you gathered using the following methods:

• When the threshold was met
• On an interval basis
• Through a capture command

This data lets you analyze the cause of past system events and performance problems for problem determination and systems tuning.
