Cause

CA Dynam/D, in trying to perform dynamic LUB allocation, was unable to find any LUB entries available.

Resolution

This can happen because NPGR for this partition is too low IE NPGR F4=55, or the LUBS defined to DYNAM are too low.

Check NPGR in the ASI for this partition and increase if necessary

Increase Lubs for Dynam 

From CUI select

File Management then System Options pf8 until screen CAYD-1430

Increase the number of LUBS, then press PF9 save then PF10 to refresh
