Upgrading to MAT 11.0 I am getting many CEESERVR STDOUT "failed to read property" messages. What can be done to resolve them?

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading to MAT 11.0 I am getting many CEESERVR STDOUT "failed to read property" messages:

Resolution

The errors occur because we're missing some resources in our RAP application.  Those resources are not needed - they do not affect the application functionality. There will be a fix written to remove these messages.
