How can I find the REASON CODE documentation for the C1G0191C messages
Resolution
The reason codes are taken directly for the BINDER. The BINDER is run for each load Element in order to copy the footprint to each CSECT with a footprint.
The REASON CODEs are documented under IBM's BINDER documentation.
