The following error is seen when clicking on the "more" link in the Component Detail > Alarm Details tab in Spectrum OneClick:
SPC-OCC-10282: The event does not exist in the database.
Release: Any
Component:
The event associated with the alarm is not found in the Archive Manager (DDM) historical event database. The most common reasons:
1. The Archive Manager database was not available when the event was created. For example, the Archive Manager was down so events were logged locally to the SpectroSERVER database. By default, only 20,000 events are stored locally. If more get stored, the oldest events will be dropped. So this event was dropped while the Archive Manger was down.
2. The event associated with this alarm is not configured to be logged.
Verify the event associated with the alarm is configured to the logged in the historical database.
In OneClick go to Tools -> Utilities -> Event Configuration
Find the event and verify the option "Store in historical database" is checked.
Please reference the "Event Configuration" section of the documentation for more information.
