How Do You Increase Report Retention Time in OM View?

Resolution

You increase report retention by making and enacting a change in the ERO table: 

1.  Make the change to the entry in the table (SARSTC //SARPATAB DD). 
2.  With SARINIT, if EROPRO=NEW is used, change to EROPRO=ALL (or EROPRO=YES). 

    Note: At the next View backup, EROPRO=ALL will reset to EROPRO=NEW (the default). 

             Setting EROPRO=YES will keep to EROPRO=YES until changed. 

Note: The above is used to evaluate retention of a report, based on the report's original Archive Date.
