Add from USS file fails with RC=0012 under Endevor

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

When adding a USS file  to Endevor, that action can fail with RC=0012, with the error message:

C1G0510E  USS OPN ERROR - RC=0000006F, REASON CODE=00000004, RETURN VALUE=FFFFFFFF, PERMISSION IS DENIED

Solution:

Use the USS literal to identify the cause. In this case, the problem was with USS permissions on the added file. Use CHMOD to change the permissions to allow Endevor to read the file.
