Active Response Becomes Static Response

Issue/Introduction

An active response is getting changed to a static response when edited in the AdminUI.  This occurs after editing the active response 2-3 times after it was initially created.

Environment

SiteMinder AdminUI FullVersion=12.50.2.841

Cause

This is a defect in the AdminUI.

Resolution

Engineering has issued a dev fix and will be fixing the issue in the next CR.

 

The work-around is to delete the corrupted response and create a new active response.  Try not to edit the active response after submitting it.
