Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to select a different language for xFlow from that of the installed CA Service Desk Manager server?

Environment

CA Service Management 17.3 and higher

Resolution

No - when installing xFlow, a language selection is not displayed. The language for xFlow is selected by the installer based on the installed CA Service Desk server locale. There is no way to select a different language when installing and there is also no way to change the displayed language via the web browser.
