Issue/Introduction

 

After upgrading from 9.2.1 to 10.1.1 when trying to open One Click Console.Following error is shows : Java update did not complete  .

Error Code :1603. Please refer to the Java Help Center for troubleshooting information or contact to your system Administrator

 

Cause

 

This error is  seen during the installation process and  indicates that an installation did not complete.

Environment

Windows 2008

Resolution

 

 

o   Find and launch the Java Control Panel 

o   Uncheck (de-select) Enable Java content in the browser option 

o   In the Java Control Panel, click the Security tab. 

o   Uncheck the option Enable Java content in the browser. 

o   Click Apply and then OK to confirm the changes.

o   Reinstall Java and re-enable Java content in the browser
