PTF RO89816 enhances the use of SC00TRAN by separating the user-defined transactions from SC00TRAN so that they can be reloaded without any CICS region recycle.

It also adds the transactions pointing to SC00SNON and SCPSNETT to the DISPLAY PCT results to assist support when the transaction IDs are changed for multiple AOR's.
