Missing Panvalet File Statistics Report on PRINT 0-UP

Issue/Introduction

When we run PAN#2 ++PRINT 0-UP we do not get a File Statistics Report after a new install.

Cause

Verify that all PVOPT parameters from the prior installation have been carried to the current installation.
You can execute PAN#2 with++PRINT FGPAN23 to see the prior settings. 
In this case the culprit is the FILSTAT parameter. The default is NO, but they previously had it set to YES.

Resolution

Use member X7USRMD1 in your  *.CBA3JCL library to recompile FGPAN23 with updated values.
