What does this indicate?

Resolution

This indicates that the element in the base file has been corrupted.

It is recommended that you contact Broadcom Support to find out the cause of the corruption.

It is also recommended that you run a VALIDATE utility to ensure no other elements are corrupted.

Normally the only way to resolve a corrupted element is to delete the element and add the element back into Endevor.
