Issue/Introduction

Why is AOM inactive after the initial Solve or NetMaster region start-up ?

Resolution

When Solve region is started for the first time after an installation or after resetting the parameter group through INIRESET=YES parameter in RUNSYSIN member, the first user will see a Welcome screen inviting him to complete the region customization.

This includes the Fast Setup where a customization is required for a few parameter groups to get the region operational. The others setups, such as Custom Setup and Complete Setup can be completed at later time.

Each parameter in the Fast Setup has a REVIEW and REQUIRE columns which should be set to YES to pass. For this purpose, it should be updated accordingly and ended with PF06 (Action) followed by PF03 (Save and Quit). Without PF06, the parameter group is not considered as reviewed.

When all parameters are completed, then $IAINIUS global variable will be set to YES enabling the AOMPROC ($RMAOMP) to execute AOM START command.
