Issue/Introduction

CA Business Intelligence (CABI) Web Intelligence error: "An internal error occured while calling 'getBlobInfos' API (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (Error: INF)" when saving reports to PDF format.

Environment

CA Business Intelligence (CABI) 4.1 SP3Windows OS

Cause

The drive hosting the CABI WEBI Processing Server does not have enough disk space to render the report.

Resolution

Increase the amount of available disk space on the CABI server by removing unnecessary files and/or allocating additional disk space.
