SDM Migration failed with exitCoce : 231
Please refer to log file at C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\2\casm\install.log and retry.

When this error occurs, the install.log may be updated like the below logs.

A specific registry has not been an appropriate value.
Title: We are not able to install any Options in CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM). The status of the option remains as "In Progress". The CA SDM installation may present errors as well.
