Cobol Compile in Endevor returns IEW2606S error

What is required to resolve the IEW2606S error?

Component: Endevor

Resolution

This error can occur when trying to bind an Enterprise Cobol Version 5 (or Higher) program into a PDS: 
IEW2606S 4B39 MODULE INCORPORATES VERSION 3 PROGRAM OBJECT FEATURES AND CANNOT BE SAVED IN LOAD MODULE FORMAT.

To resolve, convert the PDS to PDSe.
