Signout not working in CA Endevor Integration for the Natural Environment (EINE)

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

The programmers are able to Retrieve a Natural element from Endevor when it has already been signed out to another programmer and the OVERRIDE SIGNOUT option is set to No.  

Expecting to get a C1G0167E ELEMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE.  IT IS ALREADY "SIGNED-OUT"    error.

 

Environment: 

All supported version of CA Endevor and CA Endevor Integration for the Natural Environment (EINE)

 

Cause:

Most likely cause is the SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT option in the System Definition is not set. 

 

Resolution: 

Check the System Definition and verify that the SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT option is set correctly:

SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT OPTIONS:    

  ACTIVATE OPTION:          Y
