Issue/Introduction

Question:  

Why is my CICS region showing NOACT which means it is not collecting data

 

Answer:  

It means transaction EXPI was not issued to start Explore for CICS.  Assure that this transaction was started.

 

Additional  Information:  

If you already have another Transaction using EXPI, contact CA Support and request the Special PTF that will change this to EXP9.
