TSS0390E UNEXPECTED ERROR, CODE = 223 Moving ACID TYPE(USER) to TYPE(SCA)

Issue/Introduction

When trying to issue TSS MOVE(acid) TYPE(SCA), the following error occurs:

TSS0390E  UNEXPECTED ERROR, CODE = 223

The 'acid' being moved is a TYPE(USER) ACID.

If an ACID has a MASTFAC, it cannot be moved to an SCA unless OPTIONS(72) is set in the Top Secret parameter file.

OPTIONS(72) allows a MASTFAC (Master Facility) on all ACID types that are capable of signing on. There is no TSS MODIFY command to set this option. To set OPTIONS(72), you must specify OPTIONS(72) in the TSS parameter file and do a temporary shutdown and restart of Top Secret to pick up the change.
