S0C4 in MSMTC startup after RO88533 or RO88731

Issue/Introduction

After applying build level PTF's RO88533 for release 6.0 or RO88731 for release 6.1
of CA CSM the MSMTC startup fails with an S0C4.

Cause

Did not perform the required HOLDDATA action.

Resolution

In /.../msmruntime/dsi/dsi.conf set threads to 32:
