Resolution

CA XCOM Management Center has not been certified on Windows Server 2012 yet. 

In the meantime, please try to run the installer in compatibility mode.

To do this:

  1. Right click on "install.exe"
  2. Go to properties -> compatibility mode
  3. Check the box, "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
  4. Then select an older windows server version like the Windows Server 2003 (service Pack1) option.
