AAG(At A Glance) report is failing

Issue/Introduction

At A Glance report is failing with the below error:

"File serverEmpire.sde, Line 951: Error: Symbol undefined for Stats (sysEdgeUnixSystem) poolNonPagedBytes.

Here is the full error report"

Environment

eHealth version: 6.3.0.08OS version: Windows Server 2008

Cause

At-A-Glance reports on pollers fail for UNIX servers having Sysedge agent and it works fine for Windows servers with Sysedge agent.

Resolution

This issue was fixed in release 6.3.1.06. So, to fix this issue please upgrade to 6.3.1.06 or newer versions.

If you are not ready to upgrade now and need to fix this issue, contact CA Technical Support by raising a support case so that will provide you the modified files of serverEmpire.sde and serverEmpire.sds to apply on the current version of eHealth.
